Covid-19 Safety Plan
We have implemented a Covid-19 safety plan as per Service NSW and are following their guidelines to ensure your safety during this time. Chantilley's Pty Ltd is currently working to moving everything online, however we still have limited services operating from our centre and in the community. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us.
To ensure your safety we have:
Implemented a Covid safe plan.Displayed QR codes for tracking and tracing. (We will not use any of your information for anything other than advised.)Displayed appropriate signage. (Hand washing, checking in, social distancing etc.)We are also:
Keeping up to date on the latest daily guidelines.Ensuring people work from home wherever possible.Asking people to wear masks when they visit our centre.Checking people's temperatures on arrival.Asking all staff and visitors with cold or flu symptoms not to enter our premises and to get tested if they have been in any hotspots or developed flu like symptoms before re-entering the centre.Disinfecting the centre regularly, especially high traffic areas. In these areas, we have also placed social distancing markers. Picking and Packing Orders Here at Chantilley's Pty Ltd we want to ensure you that all of our parcels which are picked and packaged, are done in a safe and effective manner. We have increased our santitation and disinfecting procedures to ensure the health and well being of our staff, parcels and their contents are protected.
Some of our courier services have implemented 'contactless' drop off to minimise the risks of spreading/contracting the virus, and are not obtaining signatures for their deliveries. We ask that you please be patient during this time, as the delivery companies have been inundated with additional parcels requiring their attention and are falling a little behind in their processing. Be sure to check your tracking information that will be sent to you in an email to keep you updated with shipping information.
