How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
Depending where you are located in Australia, it can take anywhere from 4-5 days to 2 weeks. With the current pandemic, AusPost and Couriers have been unindated with parcels and sometimes falling behind with processing orders on there end. Please be patient and if you have any concerns please give AusPost or the Courier a call. The information will be found on the email that will be sent once your parcel has been shipped with tracking information.
Is there a time limit completing online courses?
No. Our courses have been designed so you can work at your own pace. As soon as you purchase your course, the information will be sent to you via email.
